Selangor Science Park 2 Ride....Kunjungan PknsMtb kali ini adalah pada 02 Jun 2010 (Rabu)...di SSP2 ( Selangor Science Park 2). 5 orang rider PknsMtb telah memberanikan diri untuk ride selepas waktu kerja diantaranya ialah dari kiri (gambar bawah) Zulhadi, Zahidan, Iswardy, Haidir dan Nazrin.
General Info...SSP2 adalah salah satu kawasan pembangunan PKNS yang terletak di daerah Sepang yang meliputi kawasan industri, perumahan dan komersil...sedikit info berkenaan SSP2 :
Selangor Science Park 2 (TSS2)
The Selangor Science Park 2 which is to developed in Bukit Baja Industrial Area, Pinggiran Cyber, Sepang is a future development plan for the State Government which will be another attraction for the investors to Selangor. The industrial area of 400 hectares will focus on high technology industry and the infrastructure development is expected to complete within 18 months (towards the end of 2008). This covers three phases: Phase 1 to concentrate on industrial development and the balance on housing and commercial area. The development component is divided into Industry (40%), Commercial (10%) Housing (12%) and the rest are for recreational and other basic amenities.
The State Government has taken this initiative after the success of the First Selangor Science Park in Kota Damansara. Both these areas are neighbours and located near each other. This location adds extra appeal to investors as it is also close to the KLIA, that is, 12 km to KLIA and 30 km to the Port Klang, which will facilitate the movement of the industrial activities.
The construction of the Science Park 2 includes the construction of an elevated junction, to be carried out by the subsidiary of the State Government of Selangor, the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), which had previously developed the Selangor Science Park 1. Among the opportunities given to investors are the fast approval for construction and an industrial area which offers more incentive through the development of the industrial zone, containing industrial lots, SMI terrace, twinned factories, industrial twinned factories and incubators. The commercial zones on the other hand provide commercial lots, commercial parks, entertainment zone and a petrol station.

Secara keseluruhannya, kayuhan PknsMtb pada kali ini adalah 85% on road dan 15% offroad...
kayuhan telah ditamatkan pada 7.15pm setelah keadaan cahaya semakin tidak mengizinkan... kayuhan adalah kayuhan santai dan memberi training kepada rider-rider PknsMtb yang telah sekian lama tidak kayuh..hehe...
Jarak kayuhan dianggarkan 22km...
